煤炭微波脱硫试验研究

Experimental research of coal desulfurization on microwave

摘要:针对高硫煤提质问题,利用微波手段进行了煤炭脱硫试验研究,探索了原料煤水分、粒级、微波温度变化对脱硫的影响。结果表明,在微波作用下,煤炭脱硫率可达23.25%。红外光谱和XRD测试显示,煤样经微波作用后,其化学结构变得不稳定,且煤样中绿泥石、白铁矿(FeS2)等矿物晶体消失,转变成为金刚砂、磁铁矿等矿物晶体。

Abstract:

Abstract:Coal carry mass of high-sulfur coal, in order to solve the desulfurization problems, the use of microwave irradiation to coal desulfurization was studied. Explore the raw coal moisture, graded, temperature of microwave irradiation on the influence of coal desulfurization, the experimental results showed that the coal desulfurization rate can be reached 23.25%. Through the IR spectra and XRD testing showed that the coal sample’s chemical structures become unstable after microwave irradiation, and chlorite and marcasite (FeS2) etc mineral crystal was disappear, turned into emery and magnetite etc mineral crystal.
